Front Office Associate

A hotel front office associate works at the front desk or reception of a hotel. Responsible for checking guests in and out, handling inquiries, and providing information about the hotel.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest services**: Greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide directions to local attractions
- **Information**: Provide information about hotel services and facilities, and answer guest questions
- **Billing**: Ensure accurate billing and collect payments from guests
- **Records**: Maintain up-to-date records of occupied, reserved, and booked rooms
- **Guest requests**: Handle guest requests, including room preferences and special arrangements
- **Guest feedback**: Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues
- **Phone calls**: Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
**Skills**:
- **Communication**: Interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- **Interpersonal skills**: Collaborate and give and receive criticism well
- **Time management**: Handle administrative tasks efficiently
- **Teamwork**: Work with other hotel team members to ensure guests get the help they need
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
