Position : PHARMACY EXECUTIVE

Position Overview:
The Pharmacy executive will be at the forefront of all medicine dispensing to customers the

domain, coupled with a passion for children's well-being, to drive sales and 100% prescription

fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer facing:Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and dentists, by

calculating, weighing, measuring etc

2. Customer Interaction: Knowledge about medicines, Be able to suggest medicines

for basic ailments and Suggest alternate medicines if one brand is not available

3. Vaccine Maintenance: Complete knowledge of Vaccine and cold chain to maintain

vaccines

4. Record keeping: Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge

system files, inventories, control records for radioactive nuclei, and registries of

poisons, narcotics, and controlled drugs.

5. Inventory management: Receive the stock from Stores and check against the Issue

Slips, for quantity, batch no, expiry etc.

6. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

7. Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order

entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing

expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.

8. Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing

pharmaceutical practice.

9. Performing other administrative tasks when needed.

10. Interaction with Doctors & Nurses to keep relevant inventory as per their

prescription habit.

Required Qualifications:

- D. Pharm/B. Pharm with or without M. Pharm Degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in retail pharmacy or sales in the

pharmacy/dispensary units in retail clinics, maternity hospitals etc
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a dynamic team.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of pediatric healthcare services.
- Basic Computer operating knowledge
- Ability to use CRM tools for tracking leads and sales progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
