**About the Role**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Act as a direct extension of the CEO—manage daily tasks, reminders, and execution tracking
- Follow up regularly with store teams, department heads, and external vendors on assigned tasks
- Ensure all stores strictly follow brand SOPs, grooming, uniform, hygiene, service, and policy standards
- Collect daily/weekly reports from stores and highlight concerns or delays immediately
- Coordinate between departments (HR, Marketing, Accounts, Training, Operations) for smooth workflow
- Manage confidential information and ensure timely communication of internal updates
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Admin Support, Executive Assistant, or Franchise Coordination roles
- Strong follow-up and time management skills—must be persistent and professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp business coordination, Excel, Google Sheets
- Organized and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Should be able to handle pressure and multitask effectively
