**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Production Executive** with hands-on experience in **nutraceutical powder and capsule formulations**. The role involves executing and supervising daily production activities, ensuring quality and compliance, managing production records, and supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute production activities for powder blending, capsule filling, and related processes as per production plan.
- Supervise shop floor operations, manpower allocation, and shift management.
- Ensure strict compliance with **GMP**, **FSSAI**, and in-house quality protocols.
- Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), logbooks, and in-process checks.
- Monitor critical process parameters, yields, material reconciliation, and deviations.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for smooth production flow.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and equipment readiness before batch start-up.
- Implement and follow SOPs for processes and equipment handling.
- Assist in internal, regulatory, and third-party audits with complete documentation support.
- Train and guide machine operators and production helpers on cGMP and hygiene practices.
- Maintain records of machine breakdowns and escalate issues promptly.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: B.Pharm / B.Sc. (Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotech, Food Science) / Diploma in Pharmacy or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in production of nutraceutical **powders and capsules**.
- **Knowledge Required**:

- Capsule filling machines (semi/fully automatic)
- Powder blending, sieving, and sachet filling processes
- FSSAI, GMP, and batch documentation
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning validations.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP/SAP preferred).

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience working in a USFDA/WHO-GMP certified facility.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
