We are hiring for **Purchase Executive**

**Job Overview**:
Role require a dynamic individual capable of overseeing all aspects of purchase with involvement in cross functional departments from production, quality, planning and technical execution to fulfil the Capex and Opex requirement under budget management.

**Responsibilities**

**About the job**

1. Procurement Management:

- Lead the procurement process for both Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) items, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish vendor relationships to support the company's purchasing needs.

2. Cost Optimization:

- Analyze purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives to achieve annual savings targets while ensuring quality and reliability of purchased items.
- Monitor and control expenses related to procurement activities to align with budgetary constraints.

3. Supplier Management:

- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
- Conduct regular supplier assessments and implement corrective actions as needed to improve supplier performance.
- Foster collaborative relationships with key suppliers to drive value and innovation.

4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on received goods and services to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to mitigate risks related to purchase items.

5. Inventory Management:

- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and ensure availability of required materials.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while meeting production and operational needs.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.

Quality system And Production system details:

- Implement ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure adherence to quality standards in procurement processes.
- Integrate procurement processes with production planning to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor supplier quality and compliance with specifications.

Monthly Report Parameters:

- Monthly cost savings achieved.
- Supplier performance metrics
- Purchase order accuracy and price variation tracking
- Procurement cycle time and process efficiency.
- Inventory management metrics such as turnover ratio and stock levels.
- Compliance adherence and quality assurance activities.
- Summary of key initiatives and action plans for continuous improvement.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmednagar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
