Role: Procurement / Purchase Engineer

Department: Tool Room

**Job Overview Summary**:
Manage a portfolio of sourcing categories and strategic sourcing projects. Develop or fine-tune a sourcing strategy for each category as appropriate. Take ownership of end to end P2P & S2P cycle.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and must adhere to a high level of integrity at all times.

**Track record in strategic procurement and experience in sourcing, Customer service and client facing experience is must.**

**What Your Day Job Involves**:
1. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery of raw materials.

2. Negotiation Skills: Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value while upholding quality standards and delivery requirements.

3. Team Leadership: Lead a procurement team to efficiently manage sourcing activities and processes for five product categories.

4. Local Sourcing and Network Building: Establish a local network of manufacturers and traders for metal scrap and ferroalloys while managing stock levels of imported products.
