**Job Summary**:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, nurturing client relationships, promoting products or services, and meeting sales targets. The executive will work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns that drive sales and expand the customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by conducting market research, cold calling, networking, and attending events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including follow-up.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

**Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and online/offline marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, customer engagement, and lead conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for marketing and sales improvements.
- **Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field (typically 2-3 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
