**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **AI/ML Senior Consultant** **or** **AI/ML Senior Architect **to lead our Data Science and AI initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that drive business value, while overseeing and guiding a team of talented data scientists and engineers. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping our AI/ML roadmap and ensuring its successful execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Architectural Design**: Conceptualize, design, and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI/ML architectures that meet complex business requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.

**Project Management**: Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from planning and development to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

**Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth.

**Technology Innovation**: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, identifying opportunities for implementation and driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions to enhance our AI/ML capabilities.

**Performance Optimization**: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and security of AI/ML models and systems, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to best practices.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectures, processes, models, and best practices. Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts and project progress.


**Requirements**:
**Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as **Python**, Good to have C, C++ ,Java.
- Extensive experience with **Machine learning frameworks/Deep Learning/ NLP** and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Hands
- on experience with deep learning frameworks (eg, Ptorch, Tensor flow) as evidenced by released code(e.g., GitHub repositories - Version control awareness)
- Strong domain experience in **Finance, BFSI Domain** and good to have Regulatory **compliance Risk, Credit risk.**
- Good to have LLM model and GenAI exposure and experience
- Strong understanding of data modelling, **data architecture**, and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI/ML.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries such as **Finance**, healthcare, retail, or technology.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
