**Job Opportunity:** Lead AI/ML Architect

ParadigmIT is seeking a highly skilled American Institute of Mathematics and Logic lead to design, develop, and deploy next-generation artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deliver machine learning models, driving initiatives from prototyping to production.
  • Set technical direction, guide team members, and serve as the lead architect for AI/ML project pipelines, ensuring rigorous implementation and up-to-date practices.
  • End-to-end product architecture, design, development, and deployment.
  • Architect and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for text generation, image processing, voice, video, and conversation AI for real-world applications.
  • Set technical strategy and mentor team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in AI/ML with significant generative AI projects.
  • Mastery of Python or similar language, expertise in ML/GA frameworks, and proficiency in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative models for text, vision, or speech.
  • Product architect, design, and development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI products with LLMs, model fine-tuning, and API integration.
  • Proven capacity to guide teams, set technical strategy, and mentor junior engineers and scientists.
  • Strong hands-on coding, communication, and problem-solving skills.
