Job Title: Enterprise AI/ML Architect

  • About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Enterprise AI/ML Architect.
  • You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI/ML solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI/ML strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy AI/ML solutions using machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
  • Develop and maintain robust ServiceNow integrations with AI/ML tools.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define and implement AI/ML roadmaps that align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI/ML and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in enterprise software architecture with strong expertise in ServiceNow.
  • 3+ years in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions (search, NLP, recommendation, classification).
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript), and integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
