Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Director, AI/ML Technology and Architecture.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning initiatives that drive innovation and growth across our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust AI/ML architectures that align with our business strategy and goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale AI/ML projects and teams, with expertise in cloud-based AI solutions and experience working in enterprise-scale environments.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement AI/ML architectures that meet business requirements and goals.
  • Lead the development of cloud-based AI solutions using AWS, Azure, GCP, and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and architects.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
Qualifications & Experiences

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in AI/ML technologies, with a proven track record of leading large-scale AI/ML projects and teams.
  • Expertise in cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
