Lead AI/ML Innovator for Next-Generation Enterprise Systems

The company is seeking an exceptional leader in AI/ML to spearhead the development of cutting-edge, enterprise-wide intelligent systems.

This visionary individual will drive innovation and continuous learning among AI/ML engineers and data scientists by mentoring them in modern agent-based design patterns.

Key responsibilities include architecting and deploying multi-agent AI systems that enhance decision-making, automation, and adaptive intelligence.

Additionally, this role involves defining scalable and secure AI/ML frameworks for agentic infrastructure, with a focus on wide-scale application.

Collaboration with platform, product, and operations teams is essential for embedding intelligent agents into the company's core digital ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing agent-based AI/ML systems, with expertise in reinforcement learning, RLHF, active learning workflows, and experience with cloud-based ML platforms.

A master's degree in AI/ML or a related field is required, along with 8+ years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, project leadership experience, and skills in authoring technical documentation and AI design artifacts at an enterprise scale.

Required Expertise and Skills
  • Deep understanding of reinforcement learning (e.g., PPO, DQN, A3C)
  • RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)
  • Active learning workflows
  • Experience with agent-based modeling frameworks (e.g., Rasa, PettingZoo, OpenAI Gym)
  • Proficient in cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Ray RLlib, JAX
