In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervisedand unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection,and large language models.Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant librariesand frameworks (Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow etc.)At least 5 years of relevant experience in design, development,and deployment of conversational bots

Experience working with Observability tools like Prometheus,Splunk, Datadog & Grafana.

  • Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI
  • Integrate bot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions.
  • Experience with web services integration
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
