**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct outbound calls to potential students to promote study abroad programs and services.**:

- **Provide detailed information on universities, courses, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.**:

- **Build rapport with prospects and assess their needs to offer tailored solutions.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our database.**:

- **Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.**:

- **Collaborate with the team to develop effective outreach strategies and enhance engagement.**:

- **Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new programs and industry trends.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.**:

- **Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.**:

- **Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and processes.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.**:
