Freshers with excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English and a flair for marketing would also be considered.

A minimum experience of 1 year in telemarketing or similar sales/customer service role will be an advantage.

Job responsibilities:

- Provide telephonic counselling to students invite them to walk in to the office or attend a Google meet for counselling.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students
- Actively tracking and following up on potential leads.
- Attend training sessions to enhance counselling skills and stay informed about changing study abroad landscapes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
