**Production Engineer**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Drawing study and raw material planning and purchasing.
- Preparation of bill of material as per drawing.
- Shop Floor Production planning.
- Handling Manpower independently.
- In-process Stage inspection.
- Distribution of Project wise equipment to contractors.
- Witnessing various stages of Inspection.
- Witnessing Agitator Running trial.
- Raw material Identification & Inward Inspection for production material.
- Outsourcing, Vendor Inspection & Development.
- Welding Inspection.
- Decision making at critical stage.
- Understanding of quality issues & resolving them.
- Discussion of Quality norms with concerning team and department and improvement at the Existing stage for good Product deliver to customer.
- Inspection Planning of Third Party Inspection agency.
- Customer handling and Co-ordination with Third party inspection agency.
- Performing Shop-floor activities & Planning for the Job Progress.
- Drawing Checking, and Evaluation of changes as per ASME standard.

**Core Competency**:

- Good Exposure of Mild-Steel fabrication/ Heavy metal fabrication process.
- Good Exposure of Fabrication of Hygienic equipment’s.
- Measuring in various high precision components
- Basic knowledge (such as specification, procurement/manufacturing cycle, cost) about the equipment handled.
- Good Exposure of GTAW and TIG process welding
- Awareness in WPS, PQR, WPQ
- Good Exposure on NDT process (DPT, UT, RT )
- Equipment Cost estimation.

**Qualifications**:
B-Tech Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical

Experience : 8 to 12 years from Power/Defense/Mining Sectors

Salary : Negotiable

Job Location : Balanagar, Hyderabad.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
