As an Academic Counsellor specializing in CAT & IPM Entrance Preparation, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students through their journey of preparing for the CAT & IPM exam. You will be responsible for providing personalized academic advice, understanding students' needs, and ensuring their success in achieving high scores.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Guidance**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic background, career goals, and learning preferences.
- Provide expert advice on the CAT & IPM exam structure, preparation strategies, and time management.

**Curriculum Understanding**:

- Stay updated with the CAT & IPM exam syllabus, pattern, and any changes in the examination structure.
- Collaborate with the content development team to ensure that study materials align with the latest CAT & IPM exam trends.

**Progress Monitoring**:

- Track and monitor students' academic progress regularly.
- Analyze mock test results to identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback.

**Motivational Support**:

- Inspire and motivate students to maintain a positive attitude towards exam preparation.
- Address any challenges or concerns students may face during their preparation journey.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other academic counselors and educators to share best practices and improve counseling strategies.

**Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from students to understand their experience with the preparation program.
- Work with the product and development teams to implement improvements based on student feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of the CAT & IPM exam pattern, syllabus, and admission process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in academic counseling or mentoring is preferred.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new EdTech tools and platforms.
