**Role Overview**:
Your mission? Ensure smooth, helpful, and positive interactions that lead to high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, delivery delays, and product concerns.
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all communications.
- Track and follow up on open customer cases until closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. logistics, warehouse, design) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify and escalate complex queries to senior team members where necessary.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and update relevant databases/systems.
- Actively contribute to improving support processes and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable handling communication across multiple digital channels.
- Empathy-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Prior experience with e-commerce or fashion brands is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
