Kids Age Newspaper is an innovative educational publication designed to make learning fun and engaging for Indian school students. We create curriculum-mapped content with interactive formats such as Solar Active, Rub & Reveal, Wet & Reveal, Glow-in-the-Dark, Coded, and 3D Optical Mediums. Our editions cater to students from Kindergarten to Class VIII.
We’re currently looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our outbound sales team and help us grow our client base.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering the best solutions we provide. You’ll play a vital role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments
- Present products/services in a clear and compelling manner
- Handle objections and negotiate terms
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software a plus.
