We are seeking a highly organized and motivated **Administrative & Client Support Coordinator** to join our team. This role combines **administrative efficiency** with **client-facing support**, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative**:
- Collect and organize client documents.
- Maintain client folders in Google Drive.
- Schedule meetings with clients and loan officers.
- Keep financial trackers up to date (loan status, repayment schedules).
**Client Support**:
- Guide clients through intake questionnaires and checklists.
- Follow up on missing documents and ensure timely submissions.
- Update CRM system with client information and progress.
- Assist with drafting simple business plan sections (e.g., company bios, descriptions).
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
- Previous experience in **administration, customer service, or client support** is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
