**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Management**:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the school office, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of school policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain and update student records, including enrollment, attendance, and academic progress.
- **Staff Support**:
- Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of school staff.
- Provide administrative support to teachers and other staff, including handling inquiries, processing paperwork, and coordinating professional development activities.
- Organize and schedule staff meetings, training sessions, and other events.
- **Student and Parent Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for students, parents, and guardians, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Manage student discipline issues and work with staff to resolve any behavioral or academic concerns.
- **Financial Management**:
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and tracking of school expenses.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- **Facility Management**:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school facilities, including coordinating with maintenance staff and contractors.
- Ensure that the school environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure that the school complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- Prepare and submit reports and documentation required by educational authorities and other stakeholders.
- **Communication**:
- Develop and distribute school communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and community organizations as needed.
- **Professional Development**:
- Stay updated on best practices in school administration and education management.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Experience with office management, staff coordination, and student and parent interactions.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
