Key Responsibilities
- **General Administration**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
- Manage school records, including student and staff files, attendance, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and school policies.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff regarding administrative matters.
- Coordinate and communicate with external agencies, vendors, and government bodies.
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Organize and manage school events, meetings, and functions.
- Handle logistics for school trips, parent-teacher meetings, and other activities.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Assist in budget preparation and financial record-keeping.
- Manage fee collection, payments, and other financial transactions.
- **Student Support**:
- Handle admissions and registration processes.
- Address student inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of CBSE rules and regulations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
