We are seeking highly motivated and driven Sales Executives to join our team in the Medical Devices industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships with them, and driving sales of medical devices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices in and around Kerala state.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company and its products.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales and marketing.
- Report to headquarters at Hyderabad every month start for the monthly planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales (medical/opthalmological field would be add on).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of the medical device industry and regulations.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
