**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and sell the company’s paper products to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report insights to management.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-up activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales (experience in paper or related industries will be an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel locally as per business requirements.
