We are looking for a **Restaurant Captain** who is disciplined, experienced, and passionate about service. The role requires someone who can lead by example, ensure smooth floor operations, and deliver a high standard of hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Greet and interact with guests, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate between kitchen and service team for timely, accurate orders.
- Train, monitor, and support service staff in maintaining high standards.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and quick solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper setup of the restaurant floor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of restaurant service experience**, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and discipline a team.
- Excellent communication skills (English & local language).
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
