Provide L2 support for team deliverables.

Configuration, Migration, Enhancement, Upgrade, allocation, and management of centralized storage systems and other deployed storage solutions

Help develop or engineer new solutions related to data storage and access

Help setup of backup technologies - IBM Spectrumk (formerly known as IBM TSM). Additionally Disk Libraries, Physical tape library, VTL etc.

Be able to take care & drive P1/P2 severity tasks and document the RCCA & present it to the client.

Interacting with client over calls and provide details and reasoning of the deliverables.

**Job Requirements**:
Extensive troubleshooting experience and ability to fulfill Backup L2 support

Extensive knowledge on multiple Backup Systems. Primarily IBM Spectrum (formerly IBM TSM)

Good to have technologies Veeam, Commvault.

Experience with monitoring, identifying bottlenecks and performance tuning of backup systems & infrastructure

Experience with capacity planning and storage allocation forecasting

Experience in Backup Operations management, backup systems, Disaster Recovery

Working knowledge of systems from major backup vendors and cloud services

Working knowledge of technical aspects of backup architecture - including but not limited to installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, planning & migration.
