**Job Overview**

We are looking for a reliable Accounts cum Admin Executive to handle accounts with administrative tasks for an e-Commerce services company based in Panaji, Goa.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating office activities and accounts operations to ensure efficiency and compliances.
- Managing procurements, vendors and suppliers and related documentation.
- Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Providing support to clients and employees in the office.
- Ensuring that all office operations work efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Commerce Graduate; in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience in office administration, accounts or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities [English, Hindi and Konkani]
- Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Must have own vehicle with valid driving license to travel to office and related places.
