**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute **test cases**, test plans, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using **bug-tracking tools**.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Validate **Arabic language content and UI elements** to ensure correct localization.
- Provide detailed test reports, including test results, defect summaries, and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with **QA best practices, industry standards, and company policies**.
- Support **UAT (User Acceptance Testing)** and assist in troubleshooting issues reported by end users.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of **SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle**.
- Experience with **test case management tools** (e.g., TestRail, Jira, HP ALM).
- Familiarity with **API testing** (Postman, REST, SOAP) is a plus.
- Strong **problem-solving** and **analytical** skills.
- Excellent communication skills in **Arabic.**:

- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, multicultural environment**.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus but not mandatory.
