**Key Responsibilities**

**-**Execute test cases (manual) to ensure product quality

**-**Identify, record, and document bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

**-**Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test case documents.

**-**Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

**-**Collaborate with developers and other team members to debug issues and ensure resolution.

**-**Ensure software compatibility and performance on various devices and browsers.

**-**Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential user experience issues.

**-**Provide clear and detailed feedback on test results, bug reports, and user experience insights.

**-**Maintain a well-organized test environment and follow best practices in testing workflows.

**-**Update and report on testing progress, risks, and issues during project meetings.

**Skills & Requirements**

**- **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

**- **Proven experience as a Manual Tester or in a related role.

**- **Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).

**- **Proficient in creating and executing test cases based on business requirements.

**- **Strong understanding of defect tracking tools and methodologies.

**- **Familiarity with test management tools like Zephyr is a plus.

**- **Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.

**- **Experience with API testing using Postman API is a plus.

**- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**- **Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

**- **Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**- **Knowledge of automation testing frameworks and tools like selenium testNG is an advantage.

**- **Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
