Whom do we need?
Seeking a Manual QA to review requirements, design, and execute test cases with a focus on exploratory testing. Collaborate with teams, ensure quality, track issues, and troubleshoot test failures.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Document test results and maintain detailed records of testing processes.
Report and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
Provide feedback on product usability and recommend improvements.
Participate in review meetings and provide input on product quality.
Assist in regression testing and verification of fixes.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
