**About the Company**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and analyse software requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and cross-browser testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure product quality.
- Provide timely feedback and detailed reports on defects and testing progress.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management systems.
- Good knowledge of different testing techniques and types (functional, regression, smoke, sanity).
- Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
