**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
- Provide product/service information to customers and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Freshers are welcome**:

- Prior experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
