
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and service visits for clients/customers.
Liaise between clients/customers and service providers to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and client/customer interactions.
Monitor service delivery progress and address any issues or concerns raised by clients/customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated appropriately for service delivery.
Provide support and assistance to clients/customers in navigating services and addressing their needs.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.
Generate reports and analyze data related to service performance and customer satisfaction.
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
