**Job Title : Shift Incharge**

**Job Type : Full Time (08:30 am - 07:00pm)**

**Location : Odhav**

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously working on optimization of workers and atomization of Machines
- Manage production, planning and controlas per ratio of demand & supply
- Observe production activity and try to make more efficient production rate
- To check quality, accuracy of the product
- Place order as well as PUI of BRM/ORM (basic/other raw materials)
- Manpower handling
- Maintain purchase order receive register
- Maintain products complain register
- Wooden powder coating management by out sourcing vendor at Chatral, after coating proper packing and dispatched as per requirement.
- Prepare SPC for wooden coating against purchase order and coordinate with US coating for tentative dates and supply, arrange transportation for the same
- Manage vendors for zinc coating and do required coordination whenever needed
- Prepare all report required by the management team

**Performance Goals**:
Deal with workers calmly to get better, fast and accurate production**.**

Ensure plant is clean at all time.

Derive higher production rate with less efficince and low plant running cost.

Train workers and staff as and when required

**Educational Qualification**:
Batchler of Michanical Engineer (BE. Mic)

**Salary Scale Slab Wise**:
Experience in Years. Remuneration Per Month

2 to 3 Years 25K to 30K

4 to 6 Years 35K to 40K

8 to 10 Years 50K to 60K

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
