- To administer the plastic waste management activity for the company in totality.- To do liasoning with regulatory bodies like municiple corporation, government departments,various corporators/ political bodies such that the plastic waste management activity runs smoothly and as per the targets the business gets developed- To ensure that the associates perform their duties efficiently ( like providing the labours, Collecting the waste, segregating the waste, transportation of waste, conversion of waste, running the waste recycling plant etc)- To train the supervisors for self collection of the waste and also to monitor that the activities are economically executed- To find the economical transportation solutions for transporting waste materials- To guide the accounts section for execution of various management required reports, commercial statements on periodic basis- To ensure that the purchasing of waste material happens within budgeted rates and the selling of waste material also happens as per budget/ target- To oversee business development activities where by Company's visibility increases and Company should be able to increase the waste collection by making direct contacts with citizens/ commercial establishments. For the same to develop various programs with budget, to tie up with various NGOs for enviornmental related programs, to tie up with rag pickres and kabadiwalas in systematic way- To study various model based on sociao
- economical/ enviornmental protection related and to suggest to management, what best approach should be taken in economical way- To coordinate with agencies who are involved in waste management plant commissioning and to ensure that the plant and machinary installation activities happens as per the planed milestones- To ensure that various systems are in place for running the plants and as and when require appropriate technical people are guided- To ensure regulatory compliances- Awareness /knowledge about the value added activities on Plastoc waste - (Reduce, Recycle and Reuse),Exposure with mandates for Swatch Bharat Mission, roles of IEC, UNDP programs will have added advantagesAbout Company
