**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Incharge to manage and oversee the transportation
operations of our company. The Transport Incharge will be responsible for ensuring that all shipments are delivered
should have excellent leadership skills, knowledge of transportation regulations, and the ability to make effective
decisions under pressure.

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Manage and oversee the daily transportation operations of the company, including planning and scheduling
shipments, assigning drivers, and monitoring delivery times.
- Ensure that all shipments are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time, and maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction.
- Manage a team of drivers and other transportation staff, including hiring, training, and supervising employees.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including fuel and maintenance records, delivery logs, and
driver records.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, including safety standards, vehicle maintenance, and driver
qualifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the transportation
industry.
- Analyze transportation data and identify areas for improvement, such as reducing costs, improving delivery
times, and enhancing customer service.
- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on transportation activities for management and other stakeholders.

- Knowledge of transportation regulations, including safety standards, vehicle maintenance, and driver
qualifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience in transportation management or a related field
