**Area of Expertise**:
1. Overall experience of 4-10 years with the leading payment aggregators.
2. Should be well versed with Digital Payments ecosystem involving Prepaid Cards, Debit Cards and Credit Cards.
3. Implementation and/or client support experience with a Card Application.
4. Good understanding of the key players in the Payment card business, their roles, and functions in the industry.
5. Basic understanding of ISO 8583, EMV standards, Payment Industry Regulatory Compliance would be preferred.
6. Basic knowledge of Visa BASE II / MasterCard IPM clearing / RuPay Clearing and card scheme disputes and settlement process would be preferred.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Establish and manage relationships with Banks / Fintech’s to define and signup business
arrangements which include presentations, demos, coordination for technical integrations.
2. Performs client interviews to establish business requirements.
3. Working closely with relevant teams at Partner organizations to identify new business
opportunities and win deals towards achieving growth targets.
4. Managing relations with Banks and other Partners to enhance Paycraft’s Payments platform
capability.
5. Pre-Sales support for Business Development team.
6. Preparing product document keeping in mind the client requirements.
7. Interact with client product team, lead presentations and product demos.
8. Help in building technical proposals.
9. Experience in open/closed loop cards, card issuance, payment getaways, payment networks,
based acceptance.
10. Should have experience in RFP’s and RFI’s, POCs.
11. Should be well versed with documentations, preparing presentations and submission of RFPs.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
