**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative (Blended Process)

**Job Location**:West Bengal, Kolkata (Salt Lake)

**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a **Customer Service Representative (Blended process)** at Zacks Research Pvt. Ltd. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will handle customer inquiries, assist with account-related concerns, and strive to deliver a positive customer experience.

- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Ability to identify and make determination regarding discrepancies about billing
- Applicants must have at least one year of customer service experience on behalf of a US or international company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is must
- Knowledge in Accounts Receivable and Payable will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and a good ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone
- Ability to communicate clearly on the phone Ability to work at night/US standard working hours

**Shift**: 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. IST Monday-Friday. Shift allowances will be there.

**Compensation**:
CTC up to 3.20 Lac(s). p.a. We have several other benefits
