**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day office operations
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping (physical and digital)
Maintain attendance records and employee data
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist in coordinating meetings, travel bookings, and appointments
Support HR and Accounts departments in routine administrative activities
Coordinate with vendors, facility management, and service providers
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
Prepare reports, letters, and internal communication
Assist in logistics and dispatch-related activities if required
**Key Skills**:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Qualifications**:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
