We are hiring for our reputed client for the following requirement:

**Level 1 Support**

**Qualifications Job Requirements**:

- BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA or equivalent
- CCNA Sec. or Equivalent
- Overall 2-4 years experience in network security with at least 1 year in managing Proxy / WAF / NDLP solutions
- Proficiency with management of Proxy / WAF / NDLP
- Experience in working with Windows, Linux, Unix environment

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Incident, problem, service request management & configuration management of Proxy / WAF / NDLP solutions
- Day to Day BAU configuration changes
- Proactively utilize network monitoring tools to isolate events before service degradation occurs Supporting incident monitoring and incident analysis/response initiatives
- Conducting daily performance checks on devices, periodic audits and compliance
- Performing immediate troubleshooting as the situation dictates for any and all network outages as reported by users, sensors, and/or operational personnel
- Implement, and maintain network security policy, standards, and procedures
- Deploying and maintaining access and security policies for Proxy/WAF/NDLP solutions
- Maintaining service levels as well as oversight of the day to day configuration, administration and monitoring of the network security infrastructure in a 24/7
- Co-ordination with OEM's for TAC support, RMA, replacement & reconfiguration of faulty devices/appliances
- Device configuration back-up as per the agreed schedule

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
