We are looking for an enthusiastic L1 Support Engineer to join our IT support team in Goregaon, Mumbai. You will be the first point of contact for users/customers, responsible for handling incidents, troubleshooting, and escalating issues where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first line of support for end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot OS, network, email clients, and hardware peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and update software.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.
  • Assist in user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, CCNA – preferred).
  • 1–3 years of IT Helpdesk/L1 Support experience.
