**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide feedback to clients on the hiring process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or in a similar role, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the recruitment process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
