**Job Title**: Project Coordinator - Civil
**Location**: Anand (with frequent coordination across on-site project locations in India)

**Experience**: 5+ Years
**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

**Salary**: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project planning and execution activities with site Project Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication and reporting between site teams and the head office
- Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Support the preparation of project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures
- Identify potential risks or delays and facilitate corrective actions through collaboration with relevant teams
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for updates, approvals, and issue resolution
- Assist in the preparation of documentation including progress reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records
- Facilitate alignment across multiple project sites and departments for streamlined execution
- Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance across all operations

**Key Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of infrastructure project workflows, planning, and site coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Project Planning tools)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
