We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and deliver projects in a microservices-based environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Manage and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams, including backend, frontend, QA, and design.Act as both a team leader and individual contributor, taking ownership of critical tasks when required.Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Act as a Scrum Master, ensuring teams follow Agile principles and best practices.Create well-defined technical stories for development teams and ensure proper backlog management.Understand and review APIs, ensuring seamless integration and technical feasibility.Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams, providing clear updates and reports.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Drive process improvements and optimize project workflows for efficiency and scalability.Ensure high standards for quality, security, and performance in the development lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in e-commerce or Saa S environments.Strong understanding of microservices architecture.Proven ability to manage and mentor teams while contributing individually when needed.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under ambiguity.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative project delivery.Experience creating technical stories and managing the product backlog.Well-versed with APIs and technical integration concepts.Experience working with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.Hands-on experience with end-to-end technical project delivery in web or Saa S environments.Good to have:Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).Prior experience handling high-traffic e-commerce systems.
