Qualifications ·      0 –3 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or communications (internships/volunteering count). ·      Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas. ·      Familiarity with social media tools, digital ads, and analytics. ·      Creative thinker with a passion for healthcare, elder care, or social impact. ·      Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote team environment.
