Job Title Project Manager Civil Company Road Shield Pvt Ltd Location Multiple Sites Across India On-Site Requirement Experience 10-15 Years in Infrastructure Civil Construction Projects Educational Qualification B E B Tech or M E M Tech in Civil Engineering Salary Commensurate with experience and qualifications Position Overview Road Shield Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead infrastructure and construction projects across India The Project Manager will be responsible for planning executing monitoring and completing projects within defined timelines budgets and quality standards This role requires strong leadership client management and coordination skills to ensure seamless execution from initiation to handover Key Responsibilities Lead plan and execute civil infrastructure projects in accordance with company objectives and client requirements Prepare project schedules work breakdown structures and resource allocation plans Monitor project progress identify risks delays and implement corrective measures to stay on track Coordinate with clients consultants site teams subcontractors and vendors for project execution Oversee billing material management and subcontractor work certification Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards at all sites Maintain accurate documentation reports and project communication for stakeholders Handle client interactions review meetings and site inspections Guide and mentor project engineers coordinators and site staff for effective teamwork Manage project budgets and control costs to avoid overruns Drive timely project completion and handover to clients with full compliance Key Competencies Skills Strong project management and leadership skills Excellent knowledge of construction contracts government tenders and billing practices Proficiency in MS Project Primavera or similar project planning tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple sites and large teams independently Knowledge of ERP systems and office software MS Excel Word PowerPoint Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
