Senior Project Manager – NPI ,Audio📍 Mumbai boAt’s NPI (New Product Introduction) team powers the conceptualization, design, engineering, and launch of India’s No. 1 earwear & audio products — from TWS and neckbands to soundbars, speakers, and home audio systems.We are expanding our team and are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex product programs in a fast-paced, innovation-first environment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead, guide, and mentor a team of project managers across audio & wearables categories.Drive end-to-end NPI project execution — from concept to launch — ensuring timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost targets are met.Own and manage the launch calendar across a wide product portfolio.Institutionalize agile, best-in-class project management practices and continuously improve processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Operations, and external ODM/supplier partners.Oversee roadmap planning, development tracking, qualification phases, and market-ready readiness for multiple monthly launches.Experience & Skills Required7–10 years of experience in project/program management for hardware/software consumer products (audio, wearables, electronics, mobiles, or similar).Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Lean PM tools, and structured delivery frameworks.Experience working with China ODMs and consumer electronics supplier ecosystem.Engineering background (B.Tech / M.Tech) is a must.Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with proven ability to manage high-volume product roadmaps.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.Prior experience in audio/hearables is an added advantage.Why Join Us?Be part of a powerhouse team launching some of India’s most loved audio & wearables products.
