Real Estate Advisor & Assistant (Female) Gohouze Realty is looking for a motivated and driven Female Real Estate Advisor & Assistant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about the real estate industry who wants to build a successful career while providing excellent client support. As a key member of our team, you will handle a variety of tasks that are crucial to our success, from assisting senior advisors to independently managing client interactions. Your role will be a blend of sales, client management, and administrative support, offering a diverse and engaging work environment. Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Assist senior advisors with daily tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing databases.
- Property Management: Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client visits.
- Market Analysis: Help with research on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Sales Support: Actively participate in the sales process, from lead generation and follow-up to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.

- Gender: Female.
