**Job Opportunity: Property Agent**

We’re looking for Property Agent/property scout/property surveyor to help us find great properties to buy and lease in South Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. The focus is on commercial properties in the Delhi NCR region. In this role, you’ll search for properties, talk to property owners, and gather key information.

**What You’ll Do**
- Find vacant, distressed, or underused properties.
- Build and maintain a network of property owners and local contacts to discover properties.
- Collect property details, including location, size, condition, and ownership information.
- Take photos of the commercial properties.
- Coordinate with property owners to arrange visits.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Experience in commercial property search and real estate.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the location in NCR and the local property market.
- Excellent research, analytical, and observational abilities.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with good organizational and time management.

**Benefits**
- Competitive salary with bonuses or commissions based on performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
