Real Estate Sales Agent Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives (₹500 per site visit) + 1% on revenue Location : Golden House, Ansari Road, Darya Ganj, New Delhi About S&K Properties S&K Properties provides end-to-end solutions for property investments. We help clients identify the right opportunities, manage the buying process, handle leasing and legal formalities, and plan smooth exits. Our approach keeps real estate simple, transparent, and results-driven. Role Summary You will manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, ensuring high-quality client interactions, timely site visits, and accurate CRM updates. The ideal candidate brings prior real estate experience, strong communication, and familiarity with the Noida market. Key Responsibilities ● Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present suitable property options. ● Organize and conduct site visits with prospective buyers. ● Maintain lead information, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM. ● Negotiate and close transactions with professionalism. ● Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate documentation, payments, and legal formalities. ● Stay updated on property projects and market trends. Requirements ● 1-3 years experience in real estate ● Strong communication in English and Hindi ● Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel ● Experience in Noida market is preferred.
